1) Create an Account

  • Provide your name, mail, and password for Signing Up.
  • Activate your account using the confirmation email on the given email ID.
  • Sign in, with the credentials to start the onboarding process.

2) Onboarding Process

  • After signing in, Choose your “sales channel/marketplace”.
  • Enter the “Seller account name”.
  • Choose ShipStation, and add “accounting channel name”.
  • Provide “seller account credentials” and “accounting platform credentials”.
  • Click “save and proceed”, to save the credentials and confirm the Integration.

3) Configure Integration Settings

  • Access the MapMyChannel dashboard in your desired Sales channel admin panel.
  • Configure the integration settings that you require.

4) Test and Optimize

  • Conduct a test ensuring an unhindered sync between your Sales channel/ marketplace and ShipStation.
  • Monitor product listings, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.
